Crypto - Quantitative Trader

Venture Search is currently partnered with a top-tier Crypto Native Trading firm based in Singapore looking for an experienced Quantitative Trader. The firm has offices in APAC, Europe and the U.S. and are looking to expand throughout 2026.

They are looking for talented individuals with backgrounds in Crypto, Equities or Options, who are looking to join a collaborative environment, working in with an expectational team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year's experience in Quantitative Finance.
• Experience developing and implementing HFT/MFT or Market Making strategies.
• Expert-level understanding of the Crypto and Digital Asset space.
• Proficiency in coding with Python, Rust or C++.
• A strong academic background (Bachelor’s + Master’s/PhD in a relevant field).
