Objectives of the position:
To drive and embed the One Company culture across APAC by translating global culture and change frameworks into practical, locally relevant initiaâtives. The role partners closely with Global Culture & Change, APAC HRBPs, and business leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors, collaboration, and performance during transformation and integration phases.
Key Responsibilities:
One Companyâs Culture Deployment (APAC)
⢠Support rollout and localization of One cultural pillars: Lead, Collaborate & Perform as One Company
⢠Translate global culture guardrails into country-level actions, workshops, and leadership practices
⢠Act as APAC SPOC for One Company culture initiatives and communication
⢠Integrate culture messaging into regional forums, Level Up Talks, and leadership touchpoints
Culture & Organization Development (OD)
⢠Design and facilitate culture, leadership, and team effectiveness workshops
⢠Lead Post Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) workshops to translate insights into actionable team- and leader-level commitments
⢠Support OD interventions linked to leadership mindset, collaboration, feedback, and engagement
⢠Embed culture principles into people processes (performance management, leadership development, engagement initiatives)
⢠Curate and deliver Level Up Talks to reinforce desired leadership behaviors, cultural mindsets, and change narratives
Change Management & Integration
⢠Support structured change initiatives across APAC, including Post Merger Integration (PMI) with a strong focus on culture integration
⢠Partner with business and HR leaders to diagnose and address cultural risks and integration pain points during PMI
⢠Apply change management tools: stakeholder mapping, communication planning, readiness and adoption tracking
⢠Ensure aligned and consistent culture and change messaging in partnership with Global Culture & Change teams
Cultural Influencer Network (APAC)
⢠Support building and enabling the APAC Cultural Influencer community
⢠Equip influencers with toolkits, Level Up content, ESS insights, and facilitation support
⢠Leverage influencers to cascade outcomes from ESS results, PMI culture priorities, and transformation initiatives
⢠Capture local feedback and share insights with Global Culture & Change
Measurement & Insights
⢠Support analysis of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) and engagement data through a culture and leadership lens
⢠Identify key themes, hotspots, and systemic drivers impacting engagement and performance
⢠Track effectiveness and adoption of culture initiatives, Level Up Talks, ESS action plans, and PMI-related interventions
⢠Prepare concise, insight-driven APAC culture updates for HR leadership and business forums
Skills & Qualification:
⢠Min 6 yearsâ experience in HR function with 1.5 to 2 years of experience into Culture, OD, Change Management or HR Transformation
⢠Hands on delivery of culture or change initiatives in regional / multi country environments
⢠Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⢠Experience working in APAC / multicultural contexts
⢠Exposure to post merger integration or large scale transformation
⢠Background in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related fields
⢠Experience in MNC environment are at advantage but not necessarily
