About the Role

The Curriculum Developer works closely with a team of Nursing instructors to develop curricula, assessments and resources/ materials for nursing education programs. Assist in identifying learning objectives, teaching methodologies, and new technology options.

• Collaborating with Nursing instructors to assess and improve curricula for nursing programs, including defining competencies and outcomes of programs
• Review existing curriculum and apply professional standards in the design and development of teaching materials
• Researching curricula improvement options
• Recommend new teaching methods, lessons, and modes of instruction
• Implement the curriculum and develop the lesson plan
• Monitoring teaching practice and provide feedback to faculty to promote ongoing improvements in teaching skills

What We are Looking For

• At least a Diploma qualification with experience in curriculum development
• Experience in adult education instructional design and apply adult learning theories in the creation of blended learning solutions
• Detailed-oriented, demonstrate strong instructional and technical writing skills
• Ability to translate programs for English speaking and Mandarin speaking communities
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with instructors and faculty members on a regular basis
• Self-motivated, positive-attitude individual including the ability to develop/implement policies and procedures
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the use of Google and Microsoft products
• Some travelling may be required
• Able to commit to a 6-months contract
