Customer Admin Assistant

Our Client, in the Retail/Healthcare Industry located in the East has opening for Customer Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handling and responding to customer inquiries within the required response time and maintain high level of service
• Attend and respond with propose writing to all customers feedback 
• Take ownership of escalation, corrective actions to resolve customer issues
• Maintain a high and consistent level of support quality across various departments
• Planning and arranging of delivery/Installation schedule for customer
• Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly data
• Booking of schedule on installation / delivery
• Assist in documenting and reporting quality levels and KPIs
• Develop and improve SOP for handling customer complaints
• Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
