Job Description - Customer Assurance Product Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

We are searching for a hardworking Customer Assurance Product Manager to join our passionate team at Solid Consulting Pte Ltd, A Between (Spain) company in Singapore.

Located in our Singapore office, you will be part of a Inside Customer Assurance team based in Barcelona, to provide L3 Level support 

 

Where (To provide more info about this team) ; 

  • L0: Call center
  • L1: Remote support providing technical support for basic issues.
  • L2: Service engineers (people visiting customer in case L0/L1 levels aren’t able to solve the issue)
  • L3: Unique team providing support at world wide level and trying to solve complex issues (all those field issues not solved by service engineers)

 

You will be responsible for the following; 

 

  • Preparing all technical documentation related to quality during NPD (New Product Development) phase and to update them during current product phase (once product is already in the field)
  • Quality documents: user guide, service manual, newsletter
  • Provide support to L2 level to solve technical issues appeared in the field
  • Build action plans in order to detect the root cause of technical issues and solve them
  • Travelling to client location is not recurrent and is not expected to exceed 3 times per year

Desired Skills & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • +2 Years of relevant experience
  •  Valuable to have  inkjet print  and print-heads knowledge
  • Able to interact with different stakeholders/departments (customer assurance, operations, go to market, R&D…)
  • Good Analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of MS office and JIRA
  • Reporting skills (tools such as Power BI are not a MUST but are valuable)
  • Proactivity
