Job Description - Customer Call Centre Officer

Job Scope:

- Calling of members on arrears to pay up arrears amount

- Getting members to come down to branch office to fill in GIRO form

- Explaining modes of payment and explain step by step

Requirements:

Able to speak mandarin & dialects

Be patient

Secondary School Qualification

Able to commence work immediately, 2 months assignment.

Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours: 8hours a day for 2 days in a week or 4hours for 4 days in a week.

Working Location:

Near Raffles Place MRT

Salary: $13/ hour
