Customer Care Advisor | Attractive Salary! | Tanjong Pagar!

Job Information 

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT (8 minutes’ Walk) 

Working Hours: 8am – 530pm; 830am – 6pm (5 Day Work Week) 

Salary: Up to $3,000 (Including AWS + Performance Bonus + Allowance) 

Responsibilities 

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries through the hotline and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions to meet their expectations.
• Log all customer interactions and details in the call centre system thoroughly.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when engaging with customers.
• Willingness to work on weekends
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.

Requirements 

• Nitec / Diploma Holder or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
• Possess excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entry level applicants are welcome to join and grow with the team.
