Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Near to Tengah Community Centre (Bukit Batok)
Working hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
1 month completion bonus
Job Duties
- To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services centre located at Tengah. Prepare Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS) welcome pack with accessories for residents.
- To be first point of contact for walk-in residents at TBSC and hand over the welcome pack residents.
- Point out selected clauses of the Supply Agreement to the resident.
- Guide customers to look out for the emergency and safety information in the support kit.
- Stock takes the number of FCU remote controllers received for per CCS resident and report accordingly.
- Record the issuance of welcome packs and update the information via share-point daily at the end of the day.
- Manage Tengah CCS residents’ enquiries and complaints accordingly, when necessary to escalate to the relevant parties or supervisors.
Requirements
- At least a diploma with prior experience in customer service roles. Enty level are welcomed to apply.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations.
- Independent and self-driven, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Good attitude and willing to take initiative to improve processes and respond to customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and strong analytical skills with an eye for details.
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.

- Must be willing to travel to Tengah from Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays if required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
