Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the service agreement for the travel schedules, accommodation, etc.
- Carry out the market research, meeting mints and documentation.
- Assists clients with their needs and manage feedback.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries through various channels such as emails & phone calls.
- Ensure efficient and effective project management and monitor project budget, timeline, and quality.
- Provide excellent service and attention to clients at all times.
- Provide a recommendation and consultation report when necessary.
- Perform household tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Concierge/Customer Service role or any related in Hospitality Industry.
- Experience in VIP or VVIP service is an ad advantage.
- Competent with MS Office Applications.
