Customer Concierge Service Manager (Booking Travel Agency Hospitality) - Leading Industry Pay

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee the service agreement for the travel schedules, accommodation, etc. 
• Carry out the market research, meeting mints and documentation. 
• Assists clients with their needs and manage feedback. 
• Respond to clients’ inquiries through various channels such as emails & phone calls. 
• Ensure efficient and effective project management and monitor project budget, timeline, and quality.
• Provide excellent service and attention to clients at all times.
• Provide a recommendation and consultation report when necessary. 
• Perform household tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Prior working experience in Concierge/Customer Service role or any related in Hospitality Industry. 
• Experience in VIP or VVIP service is an ad advantage. 
• Competent with MS Office Applications.
