Location: Jurong Island, Singapore

Salary: Up to $6200 per month + Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus

About Our Client: 

My client is a leading MNC Manufacturing Company located at Jurong Island, specializing in providing innovative solutions to the Chemical, Life science, and pharmaceutical industries. Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, they are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Complaints Management Lead. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints and returns for the company’s Europe and Asia regions.
  • Ensure accurate logging of complaints onto SAP on a daily basis.
  • Lead investigations and completion of 8D reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and global coordinators.
  • Perform statistical trending of complaints and initiate improvement actions.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in batch release and compliance checks.
  • Co-lead audits and maintain management systems.
  • Organize process-related training sessions.
  • Participate in global meetings and business improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry (BS Chemical Engineering / Chemistry) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, including handling customer complaints and Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ExCiPAT, or similar quality systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer complaint management practices and corrective/preventive action outcomes.
  • Proficient in typing and use of IT tools (Office, SAP).
