Job Description
- Ensure data integrity for all inventory transactions updated into system.
- Liaison between clients and warehouse staff on all goods receipts and goods release.
- Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery.
- Perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count and stock-take.
- Issuance of GR, GI, Pick List and other documents for daily warehouse operations.
- Update of activities and rates onto system.
- Periodical download or API of E-commerce orders onto system for subsequent pick & pack purpose.
- Prepare monthly billings to clients and KPI statistics
- Manage clients’ queries and complaint
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
- 1 - 2 years' experience of e-Commerce Warehousing
- Resilient & committed, independent whilst being able to work in a team.
- Possess good communication skills.
