Customer Patient Relation Executive (Clinic Eye Centre Aesthetic) - Urgent Role

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding company services. 
• Collaborate with relevant departments to address patients’ feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Assess feedback forms and collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential service gaps and feedback requiring action.
• Provide a timely and accurate entry of feedback form data into the database and facilitate family conferences when needed.
• Assist in writing minutes, preparing presentation materials, and organizing and analyzing data.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline. 
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, customer service. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
