Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively connecting with our customers on a daily basis
• Identify gaps in product vs client usage

• Able to interpret data given to assess needs of customers
• You will be the key driver to ensuring a seamless customer experience
• This role requires you to feel comfortable speaking over the phone as well as via texts/emails
• Keep our customers informed and engaged at the different stages of their journey with us
• Keep track of conversations - to ensure we are engaging at the right time
• Keep track of client feedback and feature requests

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Quick and fast learner with a positive attitude
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is required
• A passion for making a difference for our users
• Be responsive and take initiative - thinking on your feet
• A desire to learn, grow and contribute beyond the immediate job scope
• Basic proficiency with Google Suites, specifically with Sheets and Docs
