Job Description - Customer Satisfaction Engineer - Innovative Company

We are desiring to recruit a resilient Customer Satisfaction Engineer to join our incredible team at Job-Skills Integrator - Precision Engineering (JSIT-PE) in Joo Koon, West Region.

Your Roles

  • Upload, review, and approve debit notes / invoices in the CRM system to facilitate accurate billing, financial transactions, and customer claim resolutions.
  • Review and approve debit notes and recharge approvals for global support activities, coordinating with teams in Japan, Brazil, and other regions as necessary.
  • Compile and review weekly and monthly reports related to customer claims, quality assurance, warranty expenditures, and product quality trends.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings to discuss claim resolutions and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Attend various meetings related to claims, quality control, and customer satisfaction, providing input and ensuring accurate recording of meeting minutes.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting basic training sessions for employees involved in customer support and claim handling processes.
  • Document and handle customer claims, categorizing them based on severity and complexity. Coordinate with relevant departments for investigation and resolution of claims, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers.
  • Provide support for customer visits, particularly in addressing claims-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction during on-site interactions.
  • Check for the implementation of permanent countermeasures as outlined in corrective action request reports, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Review, approve, and upload all Laser Data Measurements for new and used machines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for shipments.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer support, claims handling, or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing or technical industry, with a focus on CNC machinery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of identifying trends, analysing data, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of machinery manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with machining processes, CNC technologies, and machine tool operations is highly desirable.
