Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer servicing requests and inquiries via telephone / email.
• Maintain accurate and thorough customer service records in internal systems.
• Arrange technician for installation and troubleshooting ceiling fans.
• Any other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• No experience required.
• Computer literate, with good typing and listening skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• 5.5 days work week
