What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily intake of vehicles for servicing and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

  • Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.

  • Always ensure and uphold service image.

  • Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.

  • Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.

  • Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.

  • Perform invoice closing.

  • Preparation of quotation when required.

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers.

  • Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or the automobile industry.

  • NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred)

  • Valid Class 3 driving licence

  • Strong customer service background, prior experience in the Automobile industry is an advantage
