• Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.
• Providing professional advice for appropriate repairs or servicing or technical assistance.
• Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer needs and in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep customer updated with the progress of the work.
• Proactive in upselling to generate revenue for the organization
• Proactive in closing Work In Progress (WIP) upon completion of job
• Ensure backorder are drawn for installation within 2 weeks from arrival of parts • Achieve excellent Customer Service Index (CSI) scores
• Any adhoc tasks assigned by CSM
Education / Professional Qualification
• The Job Preferably certification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Experience
• The Job Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant customer service industry. Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
