As a Customer Service Assistant (Aesthetic clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Attend to customer queries and handling of customer feedback. 
• Managing of appointments and perform follow up calls to confirm customers' appointments.
• Manage emails, company phone enquiries and messages.
• Perform front desk administration duties.
• Provide customer service and administrative support.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level.
