Job Description:

- Customer Service Assistant

- 8am to 5.30pm, 5 days week

- Product training will be provided

1. Provide over-the-counter services

2. Handle product queries from customers

3. Issue goods to customers upon request

4. Assist in maintaining stock level and stock reconciliation

5. Assist in back office billing

Requirements:

1. Effective communication skills

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
