Job Scope:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and direct them to the relevant sales consultant or service advisor.
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle messages and mail, and redirect calls as needed.
• Support marketing efforts and coordinate events.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant experience as concierge/ customer service is advantage
• Entry level is welcome, training will be provided
