Brief Summary:

• Gross Salary | Up to $2,800
• Working Days | 5.5 Days | Mon to Fri, 830am to 530pm | Sat, 830am to 1230pm
• Training Provided
• 14 Days Leave

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• To consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O Level
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency
• 1 year of experience in Call Centre Environment
