Customer Service Coordinator - $3,200 (ID: 659730)

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the customer care and overall sales support for the assigned markets 
• Preparing quotations and control margins and controlling the sales performance 
• Creation of sales related evaluations in accordance with the sales manager/analyze markets/check market trends
• Assisting the sales manager and the customers while implementing marketing instruments in consultation with the marketing department in the headquarters
• Support of the sales manager, general manager for upcoming business trip/join or individually travel to markets
• Backup for shipping logistic (eg. documentation).

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Proficient in SAP or Navision
• Proactive and independent
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
• Possess strong communication & coordination skills.
