Job Description

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Attend to Customer’s enquires on product, RFQ and deliveries.
• Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation.
• Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as prescribed.
• Monitor and ensure incoming shipments being cleared timely.
• Processing of invoice promptly.
• Extract and tabulate data for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• At least GCE “O” Level and above
• At least 1year(s) working experience in the related field
• Team Player, positive and willing to learn attitude
• Able to commit OT as and when required

Benefits

• Medical – $750/calendar year
• Dental - $100/calendar year 
• AWS or performance bonus - Yes
• AL for the First year – 10days                                                  
o Second Year - 12days                                                           
o Third Year - 14 days                                                                
o Fourth Year onwards - An additional day will be added in the following year, up to a maximum of 21 days
