The Opportunity:
1. Permanent Role | West/East
2. Working hours: 44 hours per week
3. 5.5 days work week (alternate Sat)
4. Basic up to S$2,300 + OT pay (OT volume depends on role)
Adecco is partnering with various third-party logistic companies that are handling retail & fashion, cleaning appliances, fast moving consumer goods, semiconductor goods etc. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. You will be assisting with the shipping documents and handling customers' enquiries.
The Job:
- Provide customer service support through phone and email channels.
- Prepare shipping documents and handle import/export documentation.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Process invoices promptly and accurately.
The Talent:
- At least GCE "O" Level and above
- At least 1year(s) working experience in the related field
- Team Player, positive and willing to learn attitude
- Able to commit OT as and when required
