Customer Service Exe / Inside Sales (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Generating of quotations based on customer requirements.
• Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customer required specifications, drawings and any related documentations are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
• Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders and timely delivery.
• Handle customer returns and co-ordinate shipment

Requirements:

• Min Dip / Deg with 2-3 years of experience
• Good customer service & negotiation skills
• Exp in SAP / Oracle
• Preferably with Manufacturing exp
