Job Summary:

• Mon - Fri
• 8.45am-6.15pm
• Tuas

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of customer service assistant 
• Responsible for working with customers to fulfill their orders and shipments arrangement, investigate customers complains and stock discrepancies etc.
• Liaise closely with the Operations Team to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and outgoing order/shipments.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
• Manage Customers’ inventory system (if any), and internal Warehouse Management System.
• Provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly CS related Report
