Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain good rapport and service existing customers while expanding new clientele base
• Follow-up on enquiries, submit quotations and documents promptly to customers when requested
• Schedule & arrange for vehicle regular maintenance, repair, breakdown or accidents
• Strive to achieve sales target along with the team
• Adhoc assignments

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing with good interpersonal skills
• Motivated to drive revenue and sales
• Excellent customer service attitude and willing to serve
• Possess a valid class 3 license with clean driving record
• Good organising skills
