Customer Service Executive (5D / AWS VB / Chemical Ind) - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up new customers in CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Liaison between sales and production for incoming customer lots, including communication with the customers on receipting, forecasting
• Data entry and record management using the Navision ERP system for customer jobs
• Generation of the final customer statement and invoicing
• Communication with customer and company staff on pricing and transfers
• Payment preparation
• Management of customer complaints
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience including Customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned
