Customer Service Executive (BD/ Quotations/ Supply Chain / Logistics) - Hiring Fast

• Position Customer Service Executive (BD/ Quotations/ Supply Chain / Logistics) - Jurong EAST 
• Location : Toh Guan Road East- (Nearest is Jurong East MRT -14 minute walk)
• Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30 / 9 - 6 
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : MANUFACTURE OF OFFICE MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT

Main Responsibilities:

• Increase revenue and foster good relationship with existing clients.
• Identify potential customers and vendors and generate new leads and business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationship with existing and new clientele and vendors.
• Regularly follow up with clients to promote upselling and enhance retention.
• Prepare presentation materials such as business profile, project proposals and timeline.
• Perform documents such as quotation, as well as system transactions such as PO, DO and invoices.
• Support operational activities such as co-ordination with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customers and vendors to ensure parts is delivered on time.
• Support other existing operations as and when required.
• Report customer issues to management.
• Submit comprehensive data and activity reports detailing daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
• Implement and oversee strategic objectives to optimize sales, profitability, and achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Engage in contract negotiations and agreements.

Requirements:

• NO Experience welcome to apply -Training provided
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics 
• At least 1 year of working experience, ideally in the area of supply chain, logistics or procurement. 
• Some relevant sales or business development, project management experience 
• would be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only/ 
• Ability to converse in Japanese is an advantage but not mandatory to liaise with Japanese clients
