Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Call Center / Healthcare) - Exciting Challenge

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive | (Call Center / Healthcare) to join our innovative team at Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Changi, East Region.

  • 5 days work week
  • Shift job (1st shift: 6am - 3.30pm, 2nd shift: 11am - 8.30pm)
  • Basic + Flexi Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Location: Expo MRT (walking distance from MRT station)
  • UK MNC company

Our client is a UK MNC company who providing healthcare and security service to various industry

Responsibilities:

  • Handle cases according to the "Assist First, Verify Later" principle.
  • Efficiently manage cases following company rules to save time and money.
  • Act as the primary contact for members, users, clients, and colleagues.
  • Handle a set number of cases during shifts and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Arrange logistics promptly to meet client needs. 
  • Follow company protocols to escalate cases. 
  • Arrange medical and security services for clients using both internal and external resources. 
  • Promote the company to other organizations. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Min 1-2 years working experience
  • Experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry an advantage
