Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

We are looking to hire an expert Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) to join our fast-paced team at CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in North Region.

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.

Job Requirements:

Required to work 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays.
Required to work in shift and shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries.
Have experience in working contact center industry will be an added advantage.
No working experience is welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Working Location:

Woodlands North Coast (Next to Republic Poly)
