The Job 

  • Monitor contract renewal status for all existing corporate accounts
  • Engage in customer service recovery for lapsed account
  • Disseminate new promotions/services/products to manage customers
  • Assist with required supporting documentation for leasing and sales agreements
  • Liaise with other departments to complete vehicle handover and payment procedures.
  • Assist Sales Manager (Key Accounts) on outstanding payment matters/contract renewal requirements.
  • Preparing aging reports (accounts) on outstanding payments
  • Track and update customer/sales team on leased vehicle movement and status during repairs, inspections, or breakdowns.

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google App
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Service / Sales Role / Account Management
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Pleasant voice, good phonetic skills
  • Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)
