3 days office and 2 days work from home

Company transport from major MRT

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on shipment status, delivery schedules, and other logistics-related queries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as warehouse and transportation, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed support and advice to customers.

Requirement

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
