Customer Service Executive (Logistics)

Our Client:

• Logistics Industry, MNC
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Tuas (Co Tpt Provided) 
• UP $4000 Basic + AWS + Bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach Customer Service Assistants (CSA) in handling daily customer orders and requests
• Ensure order processing of customer receipts and issue orders and promptly and accurately performed by staff
• Review LC performance; reduce the LC discrepancy and improve LC lead-time improvement
• Prepare dangerous goods declaration/IMDG and handle booking process, COO application, LC submission within the required timeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service supervisory experience with D&G background
• Proficient in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
• Singaporeans only
