Job Description - Customer Service Executive (Logistics) - Immediate Start

We are looking for a brilliant Customer Service Executive (Logistics) to join our talented team at JTE Recruit Pte Ltd in West Region.

Our Client:

Logistics Industry, MNC
5 Days, Office Hours
Tuas (Co Tpt Provided)
UP $4000 Basic + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach Customer Service Assistants (CSA) in handling daily customer orders and requests
Ensure order processing of customer receipts and issue orders and promptly and accurately performed by staff
Review LC performance; reduce the LC discrepancy and improve LC lead-time improvement
Prepare dangerous goods declaration/IMDG and handle booking process, COO application, LC submission within the required timeline

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of customer service supervisory experience with D&G background
Proficient in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
Singaporeans only
