Our Client:
- Logistics Industry, MNC
- 5 Days, Office Hours
- Tuas (Co Tpt Provided)
- UP $4000 Basic + AWS + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach Customer Service Assistants (CSA) in handling daily customer orders and requests
- Ensure order processing of customer receipts and issue orders and promptly and accurately performed by staff
- Review LC performance; reduce the LC discrepancy and improve LC lead-time improvement
- Prepare dangerous goods declaration/IMDG and handle booking process, COO application, LC submission within the required timeline
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service supervisory experience with D&G background
- Proficient in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
- Singaporeans only
