Job Description:
- Reporting to Manager
- To manage the clients under their charge by directing and delegating the day to day operations
- To supervise and direct all staff under their care
- To guide, plan and develop programs to train the staff under their care
- To monitor their staff's performance in handling clients needs
- To prepare and submit monthly reports on their performance to manager
- To handle all complaints with regard to the client's needs and their staff's well being
- To co-ordinate with the warehouse and sub-contractors on operational matters
- To perform any other duties as required and directed.
Requirements:
- Min N level
- At least 2 - 3 years working experience in relevant industry
