Highlights:
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Salary range: $2500 - $3100 (based on experience)
- Working location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Minimally 1 years of experience in Customer Service duties
- Able to handle difficult calls and emails in a professional manner.
Description:
- Attend to enquiries from customers regarding billing matters, general enquiries, product/services-related enquiries. Handle any complaints/feedbacks received.
- Documentation of all actions via internal system.
- Ensure that SOP and Work Instructions are carried out.
- Monitor and ensure daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ticket resolutions are met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met.
- Other duties assigned.
