We are seeking an analytical Customer Service Executive (Transshipment) *Attractive benefits!* to join our multidisciplinary team at Stafflink Services Pte Ltd in Changi, East Region.

Client is one of the UK’s largest providers of transport, logistics and freight forwarding services and logistics technology.

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Sat 9am-1pm (alternate)

Freight Forwarding/Logistics + Transshipment experience is a must.

Willing to work on weekends.

 

Benefits:
Salary: Basic up to $2,800
Transport allowance + Phone reimbursement
13th month AWS + Corporate Bonus
Medical + dental + optical benefits provided
Annual leave 16 days for the first year. Additional 1 day per year of service
Hybrid working arrangement provided
 

Job Description:

• Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
• Reporting and data entry
• Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
• Prepare and check through t/s documentation
• Attend to customer’s inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
• Track shipments and updates
• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year relevant experience in Transshipment Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
• Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
• Good communication skill
• Organised and meticulous
• Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
• Able to liaise with customers in the Asia regions
• Willing to learn
• Good team player
