Customer Service Executive-Logistics

Job Description :

1) Coordinate with Customers on the fulfillment of their Export/Import shipments.

2) Work Closely with Air and Ocean Carriers on securing the best rates for our Customers.

3) Issue Shipping and Customs Documentation Timely

1. Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

2. Good time management skills, prioritize tasks and able to work under tight schedule and pressure

3. Able to work independently with good problem solving skill

4. Mature personality and able to work in result oriented and collaborative environment
