Customer Service Expert/Manufacturing/ Up to S3800 Higher + Bonus +  Attractive Benefits

Our Client, a global manufacturer & leading supplier of more than 7 Million products. With our huge variety of quality parts, enjoy quick 1 stop shopping and prompt delivery to meet all your manufacturing needs, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Expert.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Customer Service 

• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers 

• Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls 

• Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc. 

• Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers 

• Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders Purchase Operating Control

 

Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.

 • Stock allocation 

• Liaise with internal Customer Service Team and Business Development Team on stock availability. 

• Check lead-time, expedite deliveries by suppliers and update system in a timely manner. 

• Liaising and follow up delay with stakeholders 

• Liaise with various parties on cancellation, lead time and expedite request.

• Assisting the supervisor with daily operation / activities. 

• Provides guidance to junior team members.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma holders and above 

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience 

• Experience in managing junior staff members 

• Able to multi-task and work in a high volume and fast-pace environment, able to process order processing within 5mins

• Proficient in MS Office

• Must be comfortable liaising with Suppliers

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: North Bridge (Central)
  • Working Days/Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) and 2 Sat per month with $250 duty allowance each (9am to 3pm)
  • Salary: Up to S3800 Higher + Bonus + Attractive Benefits (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
