The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager who will take charge of leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Salary: up to $13,000
The Job:
- Responsible for overseeing and training the Customer Service team, and daily operations tasks.
- Proactively address challenges, and deliver timely resolutions to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
- Identify root causes, determine suitable action plans, and communicate them effectively to relevant parties.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, gather feedback regularly, propose service improvements to enhance NPS scores, and promote customer retention.
- Consistently follow up on operational reviews with customers, addressing complaints, disputes, and service failures through effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Participate in initial and ongoing business implementation meetings with clients.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and maintaining optimal costs
The Talent:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience either in the forwarder or carriers' industry.
- With experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training & development, coaching, conflict, and performance management.
