The Opportunity:

Adecco is in an exclusive partnership with a prominent global leader in the freight forwarding industry to hire talented individuals. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager who will take charge of leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
  • Salary: up to $13,000











The Job:

  • Responsible for overseeing and training the Customer Service team, and daily operations tasks.
  • Proactively address challenges, and deliver timely resolutions to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Identify root causes, determine suitable action plans, and communicate them effectively to relevant parties.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, gather feedback regularly, propose service improvements to enhance NPS scores, and promote customer retention.
  • Consistently follow up on operational reviews with customers, addressing complaints, disputes, and service failures through effective corrective and preventive measures.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing business implementation meetings with clients.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and maintaining optimal costs


The Talent:

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience either in the forwarder or carriers' industry.
  • With experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training & development, coaching, conflict, and performance management.
