Customer Service / Merchandiser - with Great Benefits

• Responsible for accurate and timely quote to our customer by E-mail
• Place sales order in system and send to customer together with artwork/layout
• Issue purchase order in system and send to production department after getting confirmation of PI and artwork from customer
• Monitor order status after arranging production
• Advise customer to arrange payment when the goods are almost ready
• Send shipping instruction to logistic department after receiving the full payment from customer
• Handle complaints from customer with assistance of warehouse department and technical department
• Other assignments from supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

• Working experience as a Customer Service, at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Experience in garment accessory industry will be advantageous
• Polite and pleasant personality
• Strong coordination skills
