Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Benefits:

Salary: Up to $2400 (Based on exp)
AWS & Variable Bonus
Working days: Mon -Fri , 8.15am - 5.30pm
Location: West/East Area
Transport Provided

Requirements:

Nitec /Higher Nitec holders in any study or above

Job Responsibilities:

Plan orders to ensure timely delivery and collection in line with customer requirements.
Coordinate & communicate with customers and regarding daily issues.
Collect data and provide accurate reports as needed.
Basic admin duties
Perform additional duties as assigned.
