Customer Service Officer

Contract Period:

• 1 Dec 2026 to 30 Nov 2027.
• One year Optional Renewal by client.

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Inclusive 1 Hr lunch break)

Scope of Works:

1. Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Provide directional guidance to visitors within the premises.
3. Assist visitors in using self-service kiosks.
4. Respond to general enquiries concerning cremation and ash-collection procedures.
5. Communicate with grieving families with empathy, patience and sensitivity.
6. Remain at the assigned service station during operational hours.
7. Escalate difficult enquiries, incidents and complaints to the supervisor.
8. Comply with the client’s operational, safety and service requirements.
9. Maintain proper attendance, punctuality and personal presentation.
10. Perform other customer-service duties assigned by the supervisor or client.
