CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Responsible for handling Chinese Speaking Customers enquiry and providing e-Services using MOM-WPOL and EPOL related Work Pass Transactions with proper authentication and pocessess minimum CEI-BASIC qualification.

Responsible for handling Chinese Speaking Customers enquiry and providing ICA related eServices such as Apply Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residence, Long Term Visit Pass, Entry Visa, Extension of Entry Visa , Renewal of Passport etc,.

Responsible for providing Customer Service for Taking Passport size Photographs, Photocopying of documents, Lamination, Printing from email etc.

Knowledge in IT Support , Digital Marketing, Social Media, Facebook Marketing and must be familiar in PC Skills, MS Office.
