Customer Service Officer

Location: 36 Purvis Street (Nearest MRT: Bugis / City Hall)

Working Days: 5 days

2 Shifts: 9:30am to 6:30pm / 2pm - 10pm

Key responsibilities:

• Daily management of the company’s business account on WhatsApp platform including timely and proper responses to customers’ messages and voice calls.
• Providing high quality customer service including guidelines to the company’s products and services and fixing customers’ problems etc.
• Management of the company’s internal social media groups as required.
• Informing customers about company’s lectures, campaigns etc. in a very timely manner.
• Emceeing certain lectures and interacting with customers to answer their questions at the end of the lectures.
• Establish good cooperative relationship with customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant field. 
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role are required to deal with Chinese employees and customers.
• Interested in the financial industry, with strong independent learning ability.
• Good Communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Patient and meticulous character, with service awareness and team spirit.
