Customer Service Officer (Aviation Company)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to process customer orders and quotations
• Obtain shipping documents, certificates, account statements, invoices, and other related documents from system, and forward to customer
• Monitor order’s status, keep customer inform of the shipping status and details
• Retrieve RFQ from customer portals and response accordingly
• Perform other administrative task assigned by management
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
• Independent, responsible, team player
• Meticulous, result-oriented, a can-do attitude
• Able to work in fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Location: Seletar
• Standard working hours
• Salary up to $3300 (depends on experience) + Bonus
