Duration: 1 year contract (Renewable)
Description:
- Managing all email escalations relating to service/product enquiries, complaints, feedbacks & compliments
- To ensure all customers service/product enquiries, complaints, feedback & compliments are routed to correct stakeholders.
- Ensure proper resolution and closure to all email escalations.
- Ensure service levels are fulfilled within SLA set
- Accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly statistics based on email escalations & report received.
- Assist team lead in handling complaints escalations from Senior Management
- Preparation of management reports
- Analysis of complaint cases to ensure proper classification/tagging and monthly reporting.
