- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am/9am - 6.00pm
- Salary: $3000 with Monthly Incentives of up to $100.
Jobscope
- You will be part of our team providing assistance to complete surveys over the phone.
- Collaborate with selected companies to ensure successful completion of surveys and questionnaire.
- Validate completed survey data with our CRM system.
- Participate in ad hoc survey-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or team leader.
Requirements
- Prior experience in call-centre or phone interviewer/surveyor/ public relations / customer service related will be added advantage.
- Proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel and TEAMS.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Singaporean only.
