What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Handling inbound & outbound phone calls & Emails (Point of contact for customers)
  • Handling inquiries of current and prospective members in respect to Government related services.
  • Managing feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues. 

Who are we looking for:

  • Strong Communicative and time management skills. 
  • Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

Additional Information:

  • Duration: May 2024 to November 2024 (Min 5 months commitment) - Subjected to extension and conversion
  • Eligible to benefits such as AL and Medical after three (3) months of service
  • Mondays to Fridays; 830 am to 6 pm 
  • Paid training provided.
  • 100% onsite - East of Singapore
